Day 14 - top is starting to clear out

Oh boy - the chrysalis is starting to go translucent from the top down & its easier to see the butterfly’s wings pushing against the thinning enclosure. I wonder if it’ll be this warm afternoon or tomorrow midday. 🤞🏻🤞🏻 I catch the moment.

Again - this was from a wild laid egg, my 2 rounds of wild hatched caterpillars were earlier in the season, but some of those could have contributed to this round of eggs. It’s ok to never know & just enjoy planting & higher numbers.
