Rainbow Fun & * Thursday July 2nd 1st Farmers Market * Known Offerings

For a few exciting moments last night, it looked like a rainbow end was coming out of the nursery.

It was nice to get more rain in the ground & thankfully no hail. The now-established plants are loving these sprinkles, especially since many are coming into full bloom.

My Shasta Daisy Baby from the “almost all eaten” start in 2024. It was painful trying to re-start having the bunnies get so many.

But now - just extra rewarding to get into that third summer of growth with the ones who made it.

Its also been nice to snack on just a few Polaris Blueberries & Heritage Raspberries in the nursery. Treats of the future…

Everyone seems to be enjoying the recent rearrange underway & fun surprises everywhere: like a thin leaf milkweed in the veggie planter.

Some seeds definitely blew all over in the drier times this spring.

Good news is: they are popping up & I’ve found a few so far. Strawberry hanging baskets might still be a thing later in July.
